Approval was granted for a site plan amendment to allow AAROC Aggregates Ltd. To increase the extraction depth above the water table in the Township of Zorra.

Approval was granted for a site plan amendment to allow 485,616 cubic metres of excess soil to be imported to return the site to the original grade in the City of Ottawa

An Environmental Compliance Approval with Limited Operational Flexibility (Air & Noise) has been granted to Pebbles Gravel And Topsoil Inc., a topsoil and aggregate materials storage and supply facility, located at 955 Richmond Street, Chatham, Ontario.

The Director of Exploration has made a decision on the exploration permit application PR-24-000043 to Juno Corp for early exploration activities.

The decision is to issue the mineral exploration permit.
