We renewed a Permit to Take Water for Maple Ridge Golf Club Limited. Under approved Permit No. 4064-CUTSAP, issued for 10 years, water will be taken from two wells, and one pond for golf course irrigation and water supply purposes.

The approval is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval for municipal and private stormwater management works serving Hayes Land Holdings Ltd., located at 1720 Concession Road 8, in the Town of Claremont.

The stormwater management works comprise of Stormwater Quality Control, Quantity Control, and Erosion Control works.

This was a proposal for a new Permit to Take Water for Flow Water Inc. under Permit No. P-300-1617496618, issued for 5 years. Water will be taken for production purposes from one well, located in the Town of Mildmay, Ontario.

A new Environmental Compliance Approval (ECA) is issued to 1347921 Ontario Inc., for the existing sewage treatment and disposal systems in operation at Stoney Creek Trailer Park located on Lots 5 and 6 of Concession 5 in the City of Kawartha Lakes, Ontario.

We issued an approval to GFL Environmental Inc. to increase storage, add a solidification operation and update existing processes activities at their 96 Middleton Street, Brantford location.

We issued an approval to 2374868 Ontario Inc. for their 75 Udine Avenue, Welland site to authorize the receipt of liquid excess soil and the dewatering of that material for reuse off-site.

Permit to Take Water No.1385-D22K6S was issued to Silver Bay Water Inc.on February 6, 2024, to renew Permit No. 2305-97GNH7. Water will be taken from one lake for water supply purposes for 10 years.

A decision was made on February 8, 2024 to approve, with three modifications, Official Plan Amendment 269 to the County of Oxford Official Plan, as adopted by By-law 6437-2022. The official plan amendment, as modified, is consistent with the Provincial Policy Statement and provides policy direction for agricultural land use within the County.

Environmental Compliance Approval Number 5671-CXRLXG was issued on February 7, 2024, to Maple Lodge Farms Ltd. for the establishment of a sewage pumping station, forcemain, storm sewers and a stormwater management wet pond facility in the City of Brampton, to service the proposed retail outlet property.
