In an ongoing effort to modernize the Environmental Registry the Ministry has identified this as an outdated notice which is no longer pertinent or active. The Minister has issued an overall benefit permit under the Endangered Species Act, 2007, allowing the City of London to translocate Kentucky Coffee-trees to allow for the rebuild of the Springbank Reservoir.
