Approval has been granted to issue a renewal of Permit To Take Water No. 4367-7YZSQ5 for golf course irrigation purposes. Water will be taken from one (1) watercourse. The Permit to Take Water No. 7403-BBYHVA was issued on May 15, 2019 for a period of 10 years.

Permit to Take Water No. 1840-B7UJ9V was issued, which cancels and replaces Permit to Take Water No. 7214-7SFQ5X. The Permit was issued on January 30, 2019 with an expiry date of January 31, 2029.

An Environmental Compliance Approval (ECA) has been approved for the use and operation of a hauled sewage disposal site and hauled sewage storage facility located at the Rooyackers Site located on 7190 Sideroad 1, Ariss, Ontario.

An amended Environmental Compliance Approval has been issued for modifications to the existing stormwater management works serving the Waste Management of Canada Corporation Courtice Transfer and Processing Facility, located at 1 McKnight Road in Courtice, Ontario.

A new Environmental Compliance Approval has been granted for Intermarket Cam Phase 2 Ltd. for industrial sewage management works to serve Cambridge IP Park Phase 2 Block 1, located in the City of Cambridge, Ontario.

An amended Environmental Compliance Approval (air & noise) has been issued to Torcad Limited, an electroplating facility located in the City of Toronto, Ontario. This amendment is for the installation of one (1) zinc chloride plating line.

A new Environmental Compliance Approval was granted to Ketler Farms Inc. for stormwater management facilities servicing the Phase 1 Greenhouse Development located at 431 Mersea Road 11, in the Municipality of Leamington, County of Essex.

We have approved a new Environmental Compliance Approval No. 9626-BHAGTF for sewage works (process wastewater) for Willis Kerr Contracting Limited's Brissenden Pit, located at 1055 County Road 1, Township of North Dundas, County of Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 3533-CPRQ3U on March 21, 2023 for Good Shepherd Non-Profit Homes Inc. in Hamilton, Ontario for the purposes of construction dewatering. The permit expires on June 1, 2025.

On September 18, 2022 we issued an amended Environmental Compliance Approval No. A210742 for the use and operation of a waste disposal site (processing/transfer) and Class 1 soil management site for management of excess soil limited to dry soil.

A new Permit to Take Water for Worsley Dream GP Inc. has been issued for dewatering (foundation) purposes. Water will be taken from one (1) well related to construction activities, located in the City of Toronto, Ontario.

59-C-194392 was amended on April 26, 2021. A new condition was added. Applicants have one (1) year to satisfy conditions otherwise approval will lapse. The last day to appeal this decision under the Planning Act is May 17, 2021.

We have accepted the risk assessment prepared for the owner, Bruce Street Developments Limited, for the property Northwest Quadrant of 135 Bruce Street, Oshawa. The Director has now issued Certificate of Property Use No. 3285-ADAFNX-1 on November 14, 2019.

Pursuant to Section 53 of the Planning Act, provisional consent was granted on December 12, 2019 in respect of Application No. 54-C-197946. The last date of appeal of this decision under the Planning Act is January 1, 2020.

Permit to Take Water No. 3064-BA7JBM was issued, which cancels and replaces Permit to Take Water No. 2566-7M8SLG. The permit was issued on March 18, 2019 with an expiry date of March 17, 2029.

Application 60-C-219096 to sever Lot 1 (one of three new lots) on Wolf Island was approved on April 22, 2025 subject to conditions.  The last date to appeal the decision under the Planning Act is May 12, 2025.

The variance is approved.
