An Environmental Compliance Approval (Air & Noise) with Limited Operational Flexibility has been granted to Magna International Inc., an automotive crane, axle and frame manufacturing facility located in the Town of Milton, Ontario

This was for a Permit to Take Water issued to Vale Canada Limited/ Vale Canada Limitée under Permit No. P-300-1247324921 issued for 10 years. Water will be taken from one well.

Bill 23, the More Homes Built Faster Act, received Royal Assent on November 28, 2022.
