We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 2382-C8GS7L on December 3, 2021, which cancels and replaces Permit to Take Water No. 2062-B6ZLZ5, 5546-B6ZPEV, 5547-B78L2X, for Enbridge Pipelines Inc., located in United Counties of Stormont Dundas and Glengarry.

The new Permit to Take Water has an expiry date of December 31, 2031.

We have cancelled this Environmental Compliance Approval application for industrial stormwater management facility and storm sewer works serving Gerdau Ameristeel Corporation, located at 53 Fair Road in the City of Guelph, Ontario, for the collection, transmission, treatment and disposal of onsite stormwater runoff.

The ministry issued an Environmental Compliance Approval (waste site) for a hauled sewage disposal site as described in this notice.

Permit to Take Water No. 7768-DGPKLB has been issued to 1258188 Ontario Limited for golf course irrigation purposes. Water will be taken from one pond located in the City of Barrie, Ontario.

The ministry has issued a new Environmental Compliance Approval for industrial stormwater management works serving Northfield Development Corporation, located at Lot 13, Concession 1WHS, in the Town of Mono.

A new Permit to Take Water No. 2782-CPRNDF was issued to Viking Rideau Corporation on March 10, 2023 for five years. Water will be taken from one pond located in the City of Ottawa, Ontario for construction dewatering purposes.

A new Permit to Take Water No. P-300-1117477652 was issued to ICL Management Inc. on September 29, 2022 for a period of 10 years. Water will be taken from a quarry pond for dewatering purposes, in the Town of Huntsville, Ontario.

The application for this new Permit to Take Water for TACCGate Developments Inc. was withdrawn by the applicant on June 20, 2025.

The Permit to Take Water No. 0130-DGPRUK was issued to Preston Sand & Gravel Company Limited on June 9, 2025. Water will be taken from one dugout pond for aggregate washing purposes at the Marshall Pit, located in South River, Ontario.

Permit to Take Water No. 6752-D9PH7B was issued to Mount Pakenham (1986) Ltd. on October 11, 2024, to renew Permit to Take Water No. 1602-9KSQ8B for Snowmaking purposes. Water will be taken from one pond located in the Municipality of Mississippi Mills, Ontario for 10 years.

Permit to Take Water No. 1132-D8RQ8X was issued to Lavern Heideman & Sons Limited to renew Permit to Take Water No. 3415-9MGPM9 for other Industrial purpose. Water will be taken from one pond, located in Eganville, County of Renfrew, Ontario for 10 years.

Permit to Take Water No. P-300-1239651731 was issued to 95 Development Inc. on November 23, 2023. Water will be taken from one sump for foundation drainage purposes at 2992 Sheppard Avenue East in Scarborough, Ontario, for 10 years.
