An aggregate licence (#625939) was issued to 356119 Ontario Ltd. (Ken Miller Excavating) to excavate aggregate material from a new pit operation 8.48 hectares in size. The annual tonnage is up to 20,000 tonnes.
We are proposing changes to recreational fishing rules to provide clarity on when anglers can photograph, measure, and weigh fish before they are released.
The proposed work program for the Whitehills Anorthosite Project would be a trenching and a bulk sampling program removing no more than 1000 tonnes of material, keeping the project below the threshold of advanced exploration. The location of the bulk sampling is a rock outcrop at surface level, in a forest area.
