We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. P-300-6159895362 on June 10, 2022 for 8188 Yonge Inc. Water will be taken for long-term drainage to service a proposed redevelopment site, located in the City of Vaughan, Ontario.

The permit expires on June 30, 2027.

This decision is for a new Permit To Take Water for 95 Development Inc. Water will be taken from one pond for long-term drainage serving the building located at 3268 Finch Avenue East, in the City of Toronto. Permit To Take Water: P-300-4149616546 issued March 30, 2022.

This decision is for a new Permit to Take Water for Queen Developments (Two) Inc., for dewatering purposes. Water will be taken from one pond for construction dewatering activities located in the the City of Toronto, Ontario.

This decision is for a renewal of Permit to Take Water No. 7353-8GLPMB for YMCA Simcoe Muskoka for water supply purposes. Water will be taken from Lake Couchiching for water consumption at YMCA Geneva Park, located in the Township of Ramara. Permit To Take Water 7305-C9AL5Z issued on February 10, 2022.

We have approved Environmental Compliance Approval No. 9064-AZEK62 to Missinaibi Headwaters Incorporated for new sewage works at Racine Lake Campground, located at lot 9, Concession 3 in the Township of Racine.

The Ministry is proposing to issue a permit to Compton Mining Corp. (“the proponent”) to undertake early exploration activities.

The application was evaluated by technical staff, and the decision was made to combine two permits (ERO # 013-5214) together, with some reporting and monitoring conditions included. The permit was signed on September 16, 2021 under permit No. 8357-C5SR5.

Pursuant to Section 53 of the Planning Act, provisional consent for a lot addition was granted on March 21, 2023, subject to conditions.
