The Permit to Take Water No. 7734-DG6GTZ was issued to G. Tackaberry & Sons Construction Company Limited on May 01, 2025, for renewal of PTTW No. 3048-9VEKRN. Water will be taken from one pond for pits and quarry operations, located in the Township of Elizabethtown-Kitley, Ontario, for 10 years.

Permit to Take Water (PTTW) No. P300-6293066621 version 2.0 has been issued to Abacus Equity Infusion Limited for construction dewatering purposes. Water will be taken from four ponds located in the Town of Whitby, Ontario.

Permit to Take Water No. P-300-2259036556 V2.0 has been issued to QR BV Village Holdings GP Inc. for construction dewatering and foundation drainage purposes. Water will be taken from four sources located in the City of Toronto, Ontario.

This decision is for an amendment to Permit to Take Water No. P-300-1136588652 for dewatering, water supply and water diversion purposes. Water will be taken from one watercourse and seven wells, located at the Pamour Mine in the City of Timmins, District of Cochrane, Ontario.

This decision is for a new Permit to Take Water for Parrish & Heimbecker, Limited to take water for food processing. Water will be taken from one well.
