This ministry granted an Environmental Compliance Approval for the existing greenhouse stormwater management facility serving H.& A. Mastronardi Farms Ltd., located at 1875, 1899 and 1911 Seacliff Drive in the Municipality of Kingsville, County of Essex.

ABB Industrial Solutions (Canada) Inc. requested to withdraw their application for an Environmental Compliance Approval (air). The application is considered withdrawn and no approval was issued.

An amended Environmental Compliance Approval (air & noise) with Limited Operational Flexibility was issued to Greenfield Global Inc., a fuel grade and industrial ethanol production facility, located in the Municipality of Chatham-Kent, Ontario.

Permit to Take Water No. P-300-1114634184 was issued on April 8, 2021 to Watersand Construction Ltd. for the purpose of construction dewatering. The permit expires on March 31, 2026.

A new Permit to Take Water No. 7220-BTKLTS was issued to Walker Aggregates Inc. Water will be taken for pit and quarry dewatering purposes.

The Director of Exploration has made a decision on the following exploration permit applications: PR-17-11201 to International Explorers and Prospectors Incorporated for early exploration activities in Lackner Lake Township.

The decision is to refuse the permit.

An Environmental Compliance Approval was issued to 79681 Bluewater Investments Inc. for upgrades to the existing sewage works for the treatment and subsurface disposal of domestic sewage, servicing the existing seasonal Bluewater Village Trailer Park located at 79681 Bluewater Highway (Highway 21), in the Municipality of Central Huron.
