The Director is proposing to issue a Director’s order under section 18 of the Environmental Protection Act to address hazards associated with 62 natural gas wells licensed to Glenfred Gas Wells Ltd., in the Country of Haldimand.
Approval is granted to amend the existing Environmental Compliance Approval (waste disposal site) No. 4053-BXUS8E, to include acceptance of non-hazardous liquid soil, and the acceptance, solidification, and transfer of non-hazardous liquid industrial waste at the site. The site will not receive any hazardous waste.
