The ministry has amended existing Environmental Compliance Approval No. 1069-95AQPW (industrial sewage) issued to the Canadian National Railway Company, for the establishment of additional stormwater management works, in support of proposed CN Stuart Rail Yard drainage improvements - Phase 1; located at 220 Harbour Front Drive in Hamilton.

A new Environmental Compliance Approval was granted to 2780530 Ontario Inc., operating as Ridge Farms, for the stormwater management works serving Phase 1 greenhouse development with 14.43 hectares of catchment area, located at 2461 Albuna Townline (County Road 31), in the Town of Kingsville, County of Essex, Ontario.

We have issued a new Environmental Compliance Approval (sewage) for 775377 Ontario Limited to establish stormwater management and wastewater works for the proposed residential subdivision located at Part of Lot 29, Concession 1 in the City of Richmond Hill, Ontario.

Pursuant to Section 53 of the Planning Act, provisional consent to create one new lot for seasonal recreation was granted on November 28, 2022, subject to conditions. A Notice of Change, dated November 1, 2024, has amended the list of conditions.
