A new Permit to Take Water No. 1722-CD2PTE has been issued to PCL Constructors Canada Inc. on April 4, 2022 for dewatering/construction purposes located in Ottawa, Ontario. The new Permit to Take Water has an expiry date of April 1, 2027.

We have made updates to the Registration Guidance Manual for Generators of Liquid Industrial and Hazardous Waste (guidance manual), to support the regulated community in complying with hazardous waste management rules and requirements. An amendment for Environmental Compliance Approval No. 4810-A78QUZ was granted to Ontario Power Generation Inc.’s Darlington Nuclear Generating Station for industrial sewage works to serve 1 Holt Road South, located in the Municipality of Clarington, Ontario.

59-C-195806 was amended on April 26, 2021. A new condition was added. Applicants have one (1) year to satisfy conditions otherwise approval will lapse. The last day to appeal this decision under the Planning Act is May 17, 2021.

The ministry has accepted the risk assessment prepared for the owner, C.H.B.O. Holdings Inc., for the property 640-650 King Street East. The director has issued Certificate of Property Use No. 8726-9KLNWT-1 on August 14, 2019.
