We issued an Amended Environmental Compliance Approval (Air) with Limited Operational Flexibility to Woodbridge Foam Corporation, a manufacturer of polyurethane foam products located in the City of Vaughan, Ontario.

Pursuant to Section 53 of the Planning Act, provisional consent was granted on July 23, 2021 in respect of Application 54-C-210389 for the creation of one new seasonal residential/recreational lot on lands in Tudhope unincorporated township, District of Timiskaming. The last day this decision can be appealed is August 12, 2021.
