The Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing (MMAH) has received an application for a new lot in unincorporated territory, District of Kenora to correct an inadvertent merger on title.
This proposal is for a new Permit to Take Water for construction dewatering and long-term seepage for a project located at 470, 490, and 530 Wilson Avenue, Toronto, Ontario. The project is a proposed residential development and will include one tower and townhomes with two (2) levels of underground parking.
We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 5576-BP4L6Z on June 2, 2020, which cancels and replaces Permit to take Water No. 5075-AQ5KWH for CRH Canada Group Inc. (Dufferin Aggregates, a division of CRH Canada Group Inc.) located in Kawartha Lakes, Ontario.
The new Permit to Take Water has an expiry date of May 20, 2030.

We approved a new Environmental Compliance Approval (waste disposal site) for Lamoureux Pumping Inc. for the use and operation of a non-hazardous liquid waste transfer station located at 2251 County Road 8 in The Nation Municipality, Ontario.
This decision is for a new Permit to Take Water for industrial dewatering purposes. Water will be taken from two ponds related to pits and quarries activities, located in the Municipality of Grey Highlands, County of Grey, Ontario.
On August 28, 2020, the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing filed a Zoning Order with the Registrar of Regulations as Ontario Regulation 475/20 to permit a 320-bed long-term care facility and associated uses.
The Zoning Order supports the province’s Accelerated Build Pilot Program to enable the development of long-term care.
