Pursuant to Section 53 of the Planning Act, provisional consent was granted on July 22, 2022 in respect of Application 60-C-213865 for the creation of an easement on the land described as PIN 42058-0087, in the Unincorporated Township of Rugby, District of Kenora. On August 31, 2020 the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing filed a Zoning Order with the Registrar of Regulation as Ontario Regulation 477/20 to permit 640 long-term care home beds in the City of Mississauga.
The Zoning Order supports the province's Accelerated Build Pilot Program to enable the development of long-term care.
The variance has been approved to allow Vale Canada to continue operation of six liquid fuel storage and dispensing systems at the addresses listed. The systems at these locations have deficiencies that will be resolved by December 31, 2022.

Ontario Regulation 275/18, a regulation amending Ontario’s energy consumer protection regulation (O. Reg. 389/10: General) under the Energy Consumer Protection Act, 2010 has been revoked.
We amended Renewable Energy Approval No. 4623-9W7K5Q for the Whitesand First Nation Cogeneration and Pellet Mill Project, located in an unorganized territory of the Thunder Bay District, near Whitesand First Nation and the community of Armstrong, to extend the expiry date of the approval.
