On August 21, 2023 we issued an Environmental Compliance Approval No. 0999-C3TJP3 to H & D Properties Ltd. to process solid and liquid organic waste at a waste disposal site (processing) located at 1336 County Road 2 Rd, Augusta Township, United Counties of Leeds and Grenville, Ontario.
This proposal is to amend Environmental Compliance Approval No. 1688-8HZNJG for a leachate collection and disposal facility and stormwater management facility to service the Richmond Landfill site, located at 1271 Beechwood Road in the Town of Greater Napanee, County of Lennox and Addington, Ontario.
An amended Environmental Compliance Approval has been issued to Vine Fresh Acres and Lebo Farms for private sewage works. The proposed works include an upgrade and expansion of the existing domestic wastewater treatment system servicing the vegetable greenhouses, located at 420 Essex Road 14 and 429 Mersea Road 8, Leamington.
We have approved the updates to the assessment report and source protection plan for the Mattagami Source Protection Area. Proceeding with these updates will keep protections around existing drinking water sources current.
We have issued a new Permit to Take Water for construction dewatering and long-term seepage for a project located at 470, 490, and 530 Wilson Avenue, Toronto, Ontario. The project was a proposed residential development. Permit No. 6131-BSELKZ was issued on September 8, 2020 for a period of 10 years.
A new Environmental Compliance Approval (Sewage) No. 4532-BPEHPV was granted to Stronghouse Holdings Inc. on June 18, 2020 for stormwater management works to serve the proposed commercial buildings, and associated asphalt driveway and surface parking, located at 94 Hanes Road in the Town of Huntsville, District Municipality of Muskoka.
Kettle Creek Source Protection Area Assessment Report
