We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. P-300-2172617927 on June 30, 2022, which cancels and replaces Permit To Take Water No. 0187-8T8Q7L for Lafarge Canada Inc., for the purpose of aggregate washing. Water will be taken from one pond for aggregate washing in the Township of North Dundas, Ontario.

This renewal of Permit to Take Water No. 6170-8FQHQ9 for ADM Agri-Industries Company for industrial purposes was approved and active under permit P-300-3101841222. Water will be taken from one watercourse related to industrial activities, located in the City of Windsor, Ontario.

A new Permit to Take Water No. 8612-BMTNA8 has been issued  to V!VA Leaside GP Inc.,on April 17, 2020 for construction dewatering purposes at 146 and 150 Laird Drive in the City of Toronto, Ontario. The new Permit to Take Water has an expiry date of March 22, 2022.
