Permit to Take Water No. 4230-D8ULY7 was issued to Onondaga Camp Co. Limited to renew Permit to Take Water No. 4433-9N5NQR for water supply - campground purposes. Water will be taken from one lake located in the Township of Minden Hills, Ontario.

Permit to Take Water No. 0602-DB5JSZ was issued to Aecon Mining Inc. on December 06, 2024, to renew Permit to Take Water No. 6701-9QALFR for Aggregate washing purposes. Water will be taken from one sump pond in Marmora, Ontario for 10 years.

The amendment to Permit To Take Water No. 5588-9KWQ4E for Blythe Dale Holsteins Ltd. for aggregate washing purposes at the Szorenyi Pit located at Lots 1, 2, and 3, Concessions A and B, Municipality of Thames Centre, County of Middlesex has been approved under permit No. 5584-BXETJP.

The Greenbelt Statute Law Amendment Act, 2023 that includes Schedule 1 - the Duffins Rouge Agricultural Preserve Act ,2023 (DRAPA, 2023), came into effect on December 6, 2023. DRAPA, 2023 reinstates the legal protections of the easements and covenants applicable to the lands within the Duffins Rouge Agricultural Preserve.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 7238-CPHK8R on March 2, 2023 to Wellings of Brockville Inc. for construction dewatering purposes for a residential development. Water will be taken from three ponds located in the City of Brockville, Ontario. This new permit expires on March 1, 2033.

The application was cancelled and the file was closed.

A new Permit to Take Water No. 8615-BUZQHC has been issued to Zorra Street Developments Inc. on November 3, 2020 for construction dewatering purposes in the City of Toronto, Ontario. The new Permit to Take Water has an expiry date of November 3, 2030.
