The Director of Exploration has made a decision on the exploration permit application PR-23-000352 to Bounty Gold Corp..- 50%, Last Resort Resources Ltd.- 1%, Beyond Minerals Inc.- 49% for early exploration activities.

The decision is to issue the mineral exploration permit.

Pursuant to Section 53 of the Planning Act, provisional consent was granted in respect of Application 58-C-189386 for the creation of one (1) new resource-based recreational lot for land described as PIN 62279-9513 and PIN 62279-9515, Whitefish Lake, Unincorporated Township of Hardwick & Jean, District of Thunder Bay.

Permit to Take Water No. 4163-BJCRK9 was issued on March 03, 2020 to 489-539 King Street West Inc. for the purposes of construction dewatering and long-term foundation drainage associated with a proposed redevelopement project in Toronto, Ontario. The permit expires on March 1, 2030.

A new Environmental Compliance Approval (ECA) was granted to 1000516320 Ontario Inc., operating as EZ Grow Farms, for the stormwater management works serving EZ Grow Farms Norfolk Phase 1 greenhouse development located at 230 Concession Road 7, in the Geographic Township of South Walsingham, Norfolk County, Ontario.

The Permit to Take Water No. 3760-DMG5QQ was issued to Sault Ste. Marie Airport Development Corporation on December 1, 2025, to renew the Permit No. 2051-9ZKMZA. Water will be taken from one drilled well for potable well supply, located in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario.

A new Environmental Compliance Approval was granted to 1000265915 Ontario Limited, operating as KingsOne Farms Inc., for stormwater management works serving a total drainage area of 11.15 hectares for Phase 1 greenhouse development, located at 838 Road 3 East, in the Town of Kingsville, County of Essex, Ontario.

A new Environmental Compliance Approval was granted for the establishment of forcemains and stormwater management works, including infiltration trenches underneath roadside ditches, to serve the Hillside Residential Subdivision, located in the Town of The Blue Mountains.

This decision is for a renewal of Permit to Take Water No. 1016-8JFK9Q for Compass Minerals Canada Corp. for industrial purposes. Water will be taken from one watercourse related to industrial activities, located in the Town Of Goderich, Ontario. Permit to Take Water No. 8122-BW3NJT was issued on December 8, 2020 for 10 years.

Permit to Take Water No. 4458-BP5NPZ was issued on May 25, 2020 to Woodington Management Inc., with an expiry date of December 31, 2022. Water will be taken from one pond related to golf course irrigation activities located in New Tecumseth, Ontario.

An electronic Environmental Compliance Approval (Air) has been granted to 2246763 Ontario Inc. for the operation of a mobile automotive wheel refinishing facility.

Permit to Take Water No. 0602-DB5JSZ was issued to Aecon Mining Inc. on December 06, 2024, to renew Permit to Take Water No. 6701-9QALFR for Aggregate washing purposes. Water will be taken from one sump pond in Marmora, Ontario for 10 years.

Permit to Take Water No. 4230-D8ULY7 was issued to Onondaga Camp Co. Limited to renew Permit to Take Water No. 4433-9N5NQR for water supply - campground purposes. Water will be taken from one lake located in the Township of Minden Hills, Ontario.

The ministry has refused this application due to non-compliance issues related to the submission of water-taking records under the previous Permit to Take Water No. 6407-B65LPD.

A new Permit to Take Water No. 1127-BUZT6E has been issued to Residences of Edenbridge on the Kingsway Inc. on November 4, 2020 for construction dewatering and remediation purposes in the City of Toronto, Ontario.

This decision is to renew Permit To Take Water No. 5180-ARFG5K for Belmac Estate Properties Inc. for construction dewatering purposes. Water will be taken from one well for the Innis Village development located in the Town of Innisfil, Ontario. Permit No. 5413-BW6QYG was issued on December 22, 2020 for a period of 2 years.
