The ministry has issued a new environmental compliance approval to Hilliard Cooney Limited for proposed stormwater management works servicing an industrial zoned development, located at 801 Development Drive in Kingston, Ontario.

A new Environmental Compliance Approval is granted for the establishment of seasonal sewage works to service a cottage with a peak daily sewage flow of 1,100 litres per day, located at Lot 200, Second Street at Belwood Lake in Centre Wellington, Ontario.

A new Environmental Compliance Approval was granted to Riverside RV Resort & Campground Inc. for a temporary septic holding tank to service a trailer park, located at 84 Robinson Rd., in the Town of Tweed, Ontario. The site is currently service by a subsurface disposal system.

A new Environmental Compliance Approval was granted to Blacks Creek Innovations Inc., for the establishment of stormwater management works, to service a firewood processing equipment manufacturing facility located on land described as Part 2, Plan 15R-12103 Separated Town of Prescott, United Counties of Leeds and Grenville.

A new Environmental Compliance Approval (industrial sewage) was issued to 1406979 Ontario Limited for the collection, transmission and disposal of stormwater runoff serving an industrial warehouse building, located at 865 Gibraltar Road in Vaughan, Ontario.

The application for a new Environmental Compliance Approval (M&P sewage) for stormwater management works to serve a proposed mixed use building, located in the City of Ottawa, was withdrawn. No approval was issued.

Approval was granted to Chesley Lake Camp Association Limited for replacement of four individual sewage works located on the leased parcels of land identified as 45 Chapel Crescent, 67 Chapel Crescent, 68 Chapel Crescent and 3 Eastside Drive on Chesley Lake Campground. Each existing sewage system will be replaced with a new Class IV filter bed.
