We reviewed responses received and have implemented our regulation proposals to amend the Mine Development and Closure Regulation, and the Mining Claims Regulation and revoke the Conversion of Legacy Claims Regulation.

We have issued a new Environmental Compliance Approval for the establishment of year round subsurface sewage disposal works, rated at 26,000 liters per day, for Wander the Resort Inc. to service a cabin resort located at 15841 Loyalist Parkway, Bloomfield, County of Prince Edward, Ontario.

A new Environmental Compliance Approval is granted for the establishment of seasonal sewage works to service a cottage with a peak daily sewage flow of 1,100 litres per day, located at Lot 200, Second Street at Belwood Lake in Centre Wellington, Ontario.

A new Environmental Compliance Approval (sewage) is granted for the design and installation of an onsite sewage system to service one two-bedroom private residential cottage, located at Lot 112, Road 100 in Township of Mapleton, Ontario.
