On February 24, 2023, the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing filed an amendment to the Zoning Order, Ontario Regulation (O. Reg.) 446/20, made pursuant to the clause 47(1)(a) of the Planning Act, with the Registrar of Regulations as O. Reg. 27/23.
