A provisional consent was granted subject to standard conditions on June 14, 2023.  The last date to appeal the decision is July 4, 2023.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 7300-CESQP8 on May 26, 2022, which cancels and replaces Permit to Take Water No. 1174-AG6QJF for Richmond Hill Christian Community Church, for the purpose of remediation from two wells and one pond in the City of Richmond Hill, Ontario. The new permit has an expiry date of May 31, 2027.

Application 58-C-215736 was approved with modification on August 30, 2023 subject to conditions.  The last date to appeal with decision under the Planning Act is September 19, 2023.

Application 58-C-229636 was approved subject to standard conditions on November 3, 2023. The last date to appeal the decision is November 23, 2023.

The application for this new Permit to Take Water for 490 St. Clair West Property Inc. was withdrawn by the applicant on January 5, 2024.

Application for Consent, 60-C-213247 to re-establish an agricultural parcel was granted provisional approval on March 7, 2023. The last day to appeal this decision is March 27, 2023.

Permit to Take Water No. 4310-BFXJ6N was issued on October 10, 2019 to Mulmur Aggregates Inc. with an expiry date of August 31, 2024.

The application is for renewal of Permit to Take Water No. 6142-9L7L6N for manufacturing/dewatering purposes. This application has been cancelled on December 13, 2024.

Pursuant to Section 53 of the Planning Act, provisional consent to create one new mutual easement for access was granted on March 8, 2024, subject to conditions. 

On December 20, 2024, the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing revoked Ontario Regulation (O. Reg.) 337/22. The Ministry of Infrastructure requested that the Minister consider revoking the regulation.

Pursuant to Section 53 of the Planning Act, provisional consent to transfer a portion of land to a neighbouring property owner was granted on October 18, 2024, subject to conditions.

On August 13, 2024, CRH Canada Group Inc. made a request to the ministry to withdraw the application for an Environmental Compliance Approval. No approval has been issued.

Pursuant to Section 53 of the Planning Act, provisional consent for a lot severance to separate residential and agricultural use was granted on June 11, 2024, subject to conditions. 

Application 60-C-211135 was approved on September 28, 2022 subject to conditions. The Last date to appeal this decision under Planning Act is October 18, 2022.

This decision extends expiry dates of site-specific standards for suspended particulate matter, benzene, manganese and manganese compounds for ArcelorMittal Dofasco's integrated iron and steel facility in Hamilton. The proposal was posted for 45 days to allow public input on the notices to extend the existing approvals’ expiry dates.
