The Permit to Take Water No. P-300-2188227260 version 2.0 was issued to R. W. Tomlinson Limited on November 3, 2025, to renew the Permit No. P-300-2188227260 version 1.0. Water will be taken from two lake sources for the purposes of dust suppression and aggregate washing, located in Bruce Mines, Ontario.

Pursuant to Section 53 of the Planning Act, provisional consent was granted on May 26, 2025 in respect of Application 60-C-249776 for a lot addition on lands described as PIN 42150-3047 on Poplar Bay, Lake of the Woods, unincorporated territory, District of Kenora. A Notice of Change, dated July 3, 2025, has amended the list of conditions.

Permit to Take Water No. 3312-D47FPS was issued to 1589873 Ontario Limited on October 3, 2024, to renew Permit to Take Water No. 0788-9SSKGS for golf course irrigation and clubhouse water supply purposes. Water will be taken from one pond, one watercourse, and one well at the Flamborough Hills Golf Club, located in Copetown, Ontario for 10 years.

Pursuant to Section 53 of the Planning Act, provisional consent was granted on February 1, 2016 in respect of Application 54-C-159406 for creation of one new agricultural lot on lands described as the west ½ of the south ½ of lot 5, concession 3, Cane unincorporated township, District of Timiskaming. This decision has passed the appeal date.

This decision is for a new Permit to Take Water for 2639 Dundas Dev GP Inc. for dewatering purposes. Water will be taken as part of a permanent drainage system serving a proposed residential redevelopment, located in the City of Toronto, Ontario. Permit to Take Water No. 8743-C9ASTY was issued on December 3, 2021.

This decision is to renew Permit To Take Water No. 1323-89LLLU for Lindsay Golf and Country Club (1965) Incorporated for golf course irrigation and water supply purposes. Water will be taken from 3 sources in Lindsay, Ontario. Permit No. P-300-3100837890 was issued on December 23, 2020 for a period of 10 years.

A new Permit To Take Water was issued to Thunder Highlands Association for golf course irrigation purposes. Water will be taken from Georgian Bay for the irrigation of the Thunder Highland golf course located in the Township of Tiny, Ontario. Permit number 4804-BV7PGB was issued on December 3, 2020 for a period of 10 years.

This notice was published in error and it is a duplicate of 019-7379.  019-7379 was posted on the Environmental Registry of Ontario on July 19, 2023, with a 30 day comment period ending August 18, 2023, and the decision was made to issue the mineral exploration permit PR-25-23-000199 to Alexander Pleson on August 3, 2023.

A decision was made on December 19, 2025 to approve, with modifications, the Town of Milton Official Plan Amendment 92 (OPA 92), as adopted pursuant to sections 17 and 26 of the Planning Act, by By-law 039-2025. The approved OPA 92 updates Milton's Official Plan to guide the Town's growth until 2051.

We have decided to update the existing harmonization order for the Marathon Palladium Project. This will ensure that the harmonization order is consistent with the Environmental Assessment Act, as amended.

Pursuant to Section 53 of the Planning Act, provisional consent was granted on April 13, 2021 in respect of Application 57-C-210466 to sever a 1.16-hectare piece of land from PIN 31386-0129 to be transferred to the neighboring lot, in Aberdeen unincorporated township, Algoma District. The last day this decision can be appealed is May 3, 2021.

The York Region Wastewater Act, 2021, was initially proposed as Bill 306. Bill 306 died on the Order Paper when the Legislature was prorogued on September 3, 2021. As a result, we are not moving forward with this proposal and no decision will be made in respect of Bill 306. This notice is to advise that the proposal is closed.

Approval was issued to establish works for the collection, transmission, treatment and disposal of vegetable washing waste water and stormwater of the 9.4 ha active site of the total 53.6 ha potato growing farm at a design rate of 12.5 m³/day, comprising of a "passive", closed loop dual pond system serving the potato wash facility.

On December 3, 2020, we issued an Environmental Compliance Approval (ECA) with Limited Operational Flexibility No. 5420-BKFMGV to Prodigy Gold Inc.'s facility involved in open-pit gold mining and milling, located in Finan Township, approx. 40 km northeast of Wawa, Ontario. This ECA replaces all current ECAs for Air & Noise at this facility

Permit to Take Water No. 0388-D47GWS was issued to North Halton Golf and Country Club Limited on April 19, 2024, to renew Permit to Take Water No. 4000-BXXJ6R for golf course irrigation purposes. Water will be taken from Black Creek and one irrigation pond in the Town of Halton Hills, Regional Municipality of Halton, Ontario for 3 years.
