Approval was granted to amend Environmental Compliance Approval (air & noise) No. 6249-8RFMD5 for Genaire Limited, a facility manufacturing, repairing and overhauling both commercial and military aircraft components and support equipment, located in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario.

On June 20, 2025, the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing filed Ontario Regulation (O. Reg.) 126/25. The Minister of Long-Term Care requested that the Minister consider making the Zoning Order.

We issued an Amended Environmental Compliance Approval (air & noise) with Limited Operational Flexibility to Bombardier Inc. and de Havilland Aircraft Company of Canada, an aircraft manufacturing and assembly facility located in the City of Toronto, Ontario.

Permit to Take Water No. 2445-DHHQBJ has been issued to Kawartha Golf and Country Club for golf irrigation purposes. Water will be taken from four wells and one pond, located in the City of Peterborough, Ontario.

A new Permit to Take Water No. P-300-2202788037 was issued to MISSISSAUGA II LP on September 21, 2023 for 10 years. Water will be taken from one well located in the City of Mississauga, Ontario, for building operation purposes.

On November 20, 2025, the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing filed a Minister's Zoning Order with the Registrar of Regulations as Ontario Regulation (O. Reg.) 255/25 in the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville

Pursuant to Section 53 of the Planning Act, provisional consent to create one new lot for resource-based recreational use was granted on May 09, 2024, subject to conditions. 

Approval was granted for a site plan amendment to allow Bruce Tait Construction Ltd. to amend the current site plan to allow a new entrance on the east side of the site in the Township of Secord.

Pursuant to Section 53 of the Planning Act, provisional consent was granted on April 28, 2022 for Application 48-C-216463 for a lot addition to fix an encroachment on lands described as PIN 49123-0053 (LT) and PIN 49123-0051 (LT) in Phelps unincorporated township, District of Nipissing. The last day this decision can be appealed is May 18, 2022.

On September 19, 2025, the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing filed a Minister's Zoning Order (with conditions) with the Registrar of Regulations as Ontario Regulation (O. Reg.) 220/25 in the Town of Innisfil.

This was for a Permit to Take Water for Village at the Schoolyard Inc. under Permit No. 3776-D3KFS6 issued for 4 years. Water will be taken from three ponds for construction dewatering purposes in the City of Ottawa, Ontario.

Approval was granted for a site plan amendment to allow Dufferin Aggregates, a CRH Company (Dufferin) to amend the current site plan to change the final depth of extraction from above the water table to below the water table in additional areas for Licence No. 5738, operating in the County of Wellington, Township of Puslinch.

Permit to Take Water No. 3010-DS8QDJ has been issued to Wyldewood Golf and Country Club renewing Permit to Take Water No. 6466-A8AL68 for golf course irrigation purposes. Water will be taken from one pond and one watercourse located in Milton, Ontario.
