The proposal for a new Environmental Compliance Approval (industrial sewage treatment) for a potato washing facility serving H.J. Vander Zaag Farms Limited was withdrawn by the applicant.

We have issued an Environmental Compliance Approval (Air & Noise) No. 1996-BCNKC2 to GC Project, Inc. as general partner to GC Project L.P. for a facility to be located at 2430 Dougall Avenue, Windsor, Ontario.

December 19, 2019 - The 2018 Closure Plan Amendment for the Lac Des Iles Mine was filed with supplemental information on Monday December 16, 2019 by the Director of Mine Rehabilitation with changes addressed in the Closure Plan Amendment.

We have issued a new Environmental Compliance Approval No. 0759-BDZQE to Madison Taylor Design Inc. for a stormwater management facility to service an office building expansion at a site located 14 Finlay Mill Road in the Township of Springwater, Ontario.

We have approved a new Environmental Compliance Approval for industrial stormwater management works serving Nuhn Industries Ltd. located at 4816 Line 34, in Perth East Township for stormwater quality control, quantity control, and erosion control works, and include a stormwater management dry pond and two oil/grit separators. 

Exploration Permit was issued by the Director of Exploration. The Exploration Permit is valid for three (3) years from the date of issue.
