The Director of Exploration has made a decision on the exploration permit application PR-22-000301 to International Explorers and Prospectors Incorporated for early exploration activities.
The decision is to issue the mineral exploration permit.
We are proposing amendments to regulations under the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Act to reduce regulatory burden and streamline requirements related to trapping and airports that experience conflict or public safety issues associated with deer or elk.

Approval was granted for a site plan amendment to allow George Benn & Sons Construction Limited to change the final depth of extraction from above the water table to below the water table in the Township of Loyalist.
The ministry is not proceeding with the proposed Land Use Compatibility Guideline as a result of feedback received through the Environmental Registry.
