MMAH sought feedback on a proposal to revoke the Parkway Belt West Plan. The province has considered feedback received on this proposal and has decided to initiate two new ERO proposals (026-0229 and 026-0230) to gather input based on the current provincial land use planning system and additional government corridor-protection related initiatives.
On October 31, 2025, the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing filed a Minister's Zoning Order with the Registrar of Regulations as Ontario Regulation (O. Reg.) 246/25 in the City of Toronto.
A decision was made to approve a site-specific amendment to the Minister's Zoning Order, filed as Ontario Regulation 102/72, to permit a single dwelling and accessory uses on a property in the City of Pickering to facilitate a future severance of the lands.
The approved amendment is filed as Ontario Regulation 514/21.
