Pursuant to Section 53 of the Planning Act, provisional consent was granted on November 18, 2022 in respect of Application 54-C-213330 to separate the existing residential and agricultural uses, in the Unincorporated Township of Ingram, District of Timiskaming. Approval was granted for a major site plan amendment to allow Kurtis Smith Excavating Inc. to permit below water extraction at licence No. 625365, operating at a site in Township of Grey.   

Environmental Compliance Approval (Municipal and Private Sewage Works) application for 552855 Ontario Ltd. operating as Big Otter Marina and Campground has been cancelled. The application was withdrawn by the proponent. No approval was issued.

We are implementing regulatory changes related to the management of excess construction soil and redevelopment of brownfield sites. These changes will reduce soil management costs and promote brownfields redevelopment, while protecting human health and the environment.

(“Greycan 8 Properties”), and collectively with Hamilton Airport Lands Limited Partnership, by its general partner 11035380 Canada Inc. for stormwater management works.

Bill 215: Main Street Recovery Act, 2020 made changes to the Municipal Act, 2001 and City of Toronto Act, 2006. It limits municipalities from regulating noise related to the delivery of goods to retail establishments, restaurants including cafes and bars, hotels/motels and goods distribution facilities, except as otherwise authorized by regulation.
