On November 15, 2021, the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing filed a Zoning Order, made pursuant to clause 47(1)(a) of the Planning Act, with the Registrar of Regulations as Ontario Regulation 774/21. The City of Toronto requested that the Minister consider making the Zoning Order.
A new Permit to Take Water No. 7436-BS6MES has been issued to Sorbara/Tribute Nigus Holdings Inc. on September 1, 2020 for construction dewatering purposes in the Township of Centre Wellington, Ontario. The new Permit to Take Water has an expiry date of August 31, 2022.
