Pursuant to Section 53 of the Planning Act, provisional consent was granted on November 17, 2020 in respect of Application 48-C-180256 to create one new lot, separating two existing cottages, on lands described as PIN 49120-0063, Olrig unincorporated township, District of Nipissing. The last day this decision can be appealed is December 7, 2020.

Certificate of Property Use (CPU) 7671-DP7MWX was issued to 150 Steeles Milton Inc. on February 24, 2026 for the continued “Agricultural or Other Ise”, as defined by O. Reg. 153/04 (the "Regulation"), as amended, made under the Environmental Protection Act (the "Act").

The Minister of the Environment, Conservation and Parks has made a decision not to issue an overall benefit permit to U. Lucchetta Construction Limited.

The government has changed the process for amending the Greenbelt through the Greenbelt Statute Law Amendment Act, 2023. Adding any future Urban River Valleys to the Greenbelt would require a legislative change.

This decision extends the expiry dates of site-specific standards for Suspended Particulate Matter and Benzene for Stelco Inc.'s integrated iron and steel facility in Nanticoke. The proposal was posted for 45 days to allow public input on the notices to extend the existing approvals’ expiry dates. No comments were received.
