On November 3, 2023 we issued an amended Environmental Compliance Approval No. A170602 to All Treat Farms Limited to process solid organic waste at a waste disposal site (processing) located at 7963 Wellington Road 109 RR4, Arthur, Wellington North Township, County of Wellington, N0G 1A0.
Approval is granted to amend the existing Environmental Compliance Approval (waste transfer) No. A620099 for receiving and temporary storage of hauled sewage in addition to the storage of processed organic waste (biosolids) to be collected from Southwestern Ontario.
The amendments to the source protection plan and assessment report for the Nottawasaga Valley Source Protection Area update the vulnerable area around the Colgan drinking water system within Simcoe County to reflect increased water taking from three municipal drinking water wells.
Approval is granted to amend Environmental Compliance Approval number 2401-D5NNSH to modify the geographic service area defined in the approval from Ontario to Ontario and Quebec.
