December 19, 2019 - The 2018 Closure Plan Amendment for the Lac Des Iles Mine was filed with supplemental information on Monday December 16, 2019 by the Director of Mine Rehabilitation with changes addressed in the Closure Plan Amendment.

August 1, 2019 - The Closure Plan Amendment (013-4594) posting period has ended.

We have developed a Stocking Plan for the waters of Lake Superior that provides guidance and direction for future stocking activities.

We have approved a new Environmental Compliance Approval (Air & Noise) No. 7241-BC8KGF to Enbridge Gas Inc. for the proposed Biomethane Upgrading System facility at the City of Toronto’s existing Dufferin Organic Processing Facility, located at 35-75 Vanley Crescent in Toronto.

We have issued a new Environmental Compliance Approval No. 2409-BCLHTC to Capstone Ventures Inc. for a stormwater management facility to service a building expansion at a site located 10 Howland Drive in the Town of Huntsville, Ontario.

We have issued a new Environmental Compliance Approval No. 0759-BDZQE to Madison Taylor Design Inc. for a stormwater management facility to service an office building expansion at a site located 14 Finlay Mill Road in the Township of Springwater, Ontario.

We have approved a new Environmental Compliance Approval for industrial stormwater management works serving Nuhn Industries Ltd. located at 4816 Line 34, in Perth East Township for stormwater quality control, quantity control, and erosion control works, and include a stormwater management dry pond and two oil/grit separators. 

Exploration Permit was issued by the Director of Exploration. The Exploration Permit is valid for three (3) years from the date of issue.

Parc Eolien Champs De L'Est (GP) Inc./Eastern Fields Wind Farm (GP) Inc., as general partner for and on behalf of Parc Eolien Champs De L'Est Sec/Eastern Fields Wind Farm LP has requested to withdraw their application for the Eastern Fields Wind Project. The ministry has withdrawn the application and the file is now closed.

We have amended the existing Environmental Compliance Approval (Air & Noise) No. 8254-AQXNNJ for D. Crupi & Sons Limited, which operates an aggregate depot and reclaimed concrete crushing facility located at 2777 14^th Avenue in Markham, Ontario.

The exploration permit was issued.
