We cancelled the Environmental Compliance Approval (private sewage) application for Parkbridge Lifestyle Communities Inc. located at 1 Bonner Street, City of Ottawa. No approval was issued.

An Environmental Compliance Approval (Air) has been granted to the Canadian National Railway Company located in Sioux Lookout, Ontario, for one (1) biosparge in-situ remediation process.

Water will be taken from one (1) well and one (1) watercourse intake for the purpose of golf course irrigation, located in the City of Oshawa, Ontario. The new permit expires on March 31, 2025.

This application for creation of one (1) new lot was approved on June 5, 2019 subject to conditions with a last day of appeal under the Planning Act of June 24, 2019

Permit to Take Water No. 3614-B56KY8 was issued on November 26, 2018 to The Barrie Country Club, with an expiry date of December 31, 2023.

Pursuant to Section 53 of the Planning Act, provisional consent was granted on April 7, 2026 in respect of Application 60-C-258295 to create one (1) new resource-based recreational lot. A Notice of Change, dated May 7, 2026, has amended the list of conditions.

An Environmental Compliance Approval (Waste Site) 19-COR-55131 for Moose Creek Cement (2006) Ltd. was issued on June 1, 2020 for a hauled sewage site located in Moose Creek, Ontario.

Permit to Take Water No. 1702-B9TQBW was issued, which cancels and replaces Permit to Take Water No. 5686-7QGNKP. The permit was issued on March 21, 2019 with an expiry date of February 28, 2029.

This decision is for a renewal of permit to take water No. 5514-83DLBD for 1028541 Ontario Ltd. for golf course irrigation purposes. Permit to Take Water No. 2855-BVHSJL was issued on November 19, 2020 for a period of 10 years.

Permit to Take Water No. 2406-BCGR8L was issued, which renews and replaces Permit to Take Water No. 6702-7LRS5R. The Permit was issued on May 27, 2019 with an expiry date of May 27, 2029.

The ministry has issued a new Environmental Compliance Approval for industrial stormwater management works to Ontario Power Generation Inc., located at 1 Holt Road South in Bowmanville, Ontario.
