Water will be taken from 3 sources in Lindsay, Ontario. Permit No. P-300-3100837890 was issued on December 23, 2020 for a period of 10 years.

The application has been cancelled because Designation Chatham-Kent Waste Disposal Regulation (O. Reg. 284/24) designated the project to which Part II.3 of the Environmental Assessment Act (EAA) will apply.
