We issued an amended Environmental Compliance Approval No. A210742 for the use and operation of a waste disposal site (processing/transfer) and Class 1 soil management site for management of excess soil limited to dry soil.

The application was cancelled.

Approval was granted for a licence amendment to allow Miller Paving Limited to increase the number of tonnes of aggregate to be removed annually for Licence No. 3851, operating in the Greater Sudbury, Sudbury Region.

On January 24, 2025, the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing informed the City of Vaughan he was declining the request for the use of a Minister’s Zoning Order located at 171 Maplecrete Road, 140 & 160 Doughton Road, and Block 2 of Registered Plan 65M-4793.

On September 13, 2024, the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing filed a Minister's Zoning Order, made pursuant to clause 47(1)(a) of the Planning Act, with the Registrar of Regulations as Ontario Regulation (O. Reg.) 358/24 in the Municipality of Clarington. The Municipality requested that the Minister consider making the Zoning Order.

This decision is for a new Permit to Take Water for The Eastbourne Community Association to take water from Lake Simcoe for the purposes of golf course irrigation and communal water supply. Permit No.0805-BWDMW4 was issued on December 22, 2020 for a period of 10 years.

Permit to Take Water No. 7864-B78LPS was issued, which cancels and replaces Permit to Take Water No. 4142-7GSL8S. The Permit was issued on February 6, 2019 with an expiry date of December 31, 2020.

Application 58-C-241428 was approved on May 6, 2025, subject to conditions.  The last date to appeal the decision under the Planning Act is May 26, 2025.

This variance request has been approved.  The client must clean, purge and fill the tanks with concrete and they must remove the fill and vent pipes.

Permit To Take Water number 0200-BBYKEL was issued on July 9th, 2019, with an expiry date of March 31, 2021 to Diamond in the Ruff Enterprises Inc. (Diamond 'in the Ruff' Golf Club).
