We have issued a Permit to Take Water No. 2165-CHBJ3P on August 17, 2022, which cancels and replaces No. 5044-8ZMQRV, for Amherstview Golf Course Limited. Water will be taken from one well and one watercourse for golf course irrigation and commercial water supply purposes. The new permit expires on August 17, 2032.

Permit to Take Water No. 6614-DJSLBN was issued to Kaneff Properties Limited on July 24, 2025, for the purpose of golf course irrigation.

The Permit to Take Water No. 8354-DFRK82 was issued to G. Tackaberry & Sons Construction Company Limited on April 16, 2025, for renewal of PTTW No. 3133-9VMPJ8. Water will be taken from one pond for quarry operations, aggregate washing, construction and dust control purposes at the Wilson Quarry, located in Montague, Ontario, for 10 years.

A Permit to Take Water No. 6263-CV5SFN was issued on September 13, 2023 to renew Permit to Take Water No. 4458-BP5NPZ for Woodington Management Inc for four years. Water will be taken from one pond for golf course irrigation purposes at the Woodington Lake Golf Club, located in New Tecumseth, Ontario.

A decision to approve all of Official Plan Amendment No. 13 to the Official Plan for the Municipality of Shuniah, as adopted by Municipal By-law 3017-18, was made on May 16, 2019.

The permit expires on April 30, 2023.

The Permit to Take Water No. P-300-1258803691 was issued to Grace Gold Ltd. on February 27, 2025, to renew PTTW No. 884-B8PQDC. Water will be taken from one watercourse for mining purposes, located in the Township of Connaught, City of Timmins, Ontario for 5 years.

Pursuant to Section 53 of the Planning Act, provisional consent for the purpose of a lot addition was granted on October 9, 2025, subject to conditions.

A new Environmental Compliance Approval was issued to Conestoga Cold Storage Limited for approval of the establishment of works for the treatment of sanitary sewage and subsurface disposal of treated effluent from a new cold storage and warehouse facility located at 16408 Steeles Avenue, Town of Halton Hills, Regional Municipality of Halton.

We have approved an amendment application for the expansion of process wastewater treatment system (increase of rated capacity from 1,300 to 1,800 m³/day) at Darling International Canada Inc.'s Rothsay Moorefield plant in the Township of Mapleton.

This decision is for a renewal to Permit to Take Water No. 8011-9SQL77. Permit to Take Water No. 8216-BW4S4K was issued on December 22, 2020 to 805681 Ontario Ltd. for the purpose of golf course irrigation at the Indian Wells Golf Club located in the City of Burlington, Ontario. The permit expires on September 30, 2030.

Approval was granted for a site plan amendment to allow Preston Sand and Gravel Company Ltd. to change the final depth of extraction from above the water table to below the water table for licence No. 624962 (Jigs Hollow), operating in the Township of Woolwich, Region of Waterloo.

All proposed regulation amendments and part of the proposed Provincial Standards amendments will be implemented.

The ministry has proceeded with issuance of the Certificate of Property Use (CPU) related to the property in Thunder Bay.
