A decision was made on January 27, 2025, to approve the City of Toronto Official Plan Amendment 742, as adopted by By-law 862-2024 without modification. Official Plan Amendment 742 proposes two redesignations for portions of the sites located as 670 and 680 Caledonia Road and 2155 St. Clair Avenue West.
