Approval has been granted to amend Environmental Compliance Approval (air) No. 6687-8GHLVL for MakeItMetal Ltd., a metal veneer coating facility located in the City of St. Catharines, Regional Municipality of Niagara, Ontario.

Pursuant to Section 53 of the Planning Act, provisional consent was granted on April 22, 2021 in respect of Application 58-C-206495 for the creation of one new resource-based recreational lot in respect of land described as PIN 62484-0417; Lot 4, Con 10, and (2) PIN 62484-0416 in the Unincorporated Township of Lyon, District of Thunder Bay.

Approval was granted to Municipality of Middlesex Centre for a site plan amendment to amend the current site plan to authorize extraction below the water table at the Olalondo Gravel Pit.

Permit to Take Water No. 8725-D8APCV was issued to Lyndon Fish Hatcheries Inc. on November 4, 2024, to amend Permit to Take Water No. 7043-APKHZ3. Water will be taken from three wells and one stream for aquaculture purposes at 1738 Queen Street in New Dundee, Ontario.

This was for a Permit to Take Water for Village at the Schoolyard Inc. under Permit No. 3776-D3KFS6 issued for 4 years. Water will be taken from three ponds for construction dewatering purposes in the City of Ottawa, Ontario.

We issued a new Environmental Compliance Approval to Breeze Dried Inc., a facility which manufactures hardwood flooring, located in Tillsonburg, Ontario.

This Permit to Take Water for Goldcorp Canada Ltd. will support a drilling program at the Pamour Mine Site located in Timmins, Ontario. This permit was issued on June 30 2021, as permit No. 6800-C3FKGR and expires on June 30, 2031.

An amendment to the existing Environmental Compliance Approval (Waste Disposal Site) No. A650041, was approved for Canadian Liquid Processors Limited's for a new covered outdoor storage bunkers to provide a more efficient and environmentally protective manner of storage for its glass waste, located in Hamilton, Ontario.

We have amended Environmental Compliance Approval (air & noise) No. 8189-83LPJM for Northland Power Thorold Cogen GP Inc., as general partner for, and on behalf of, Thorold Cogen L.P., a combined heat and power generation facility located in the City of Thorold, Ontario.

This decision is to renew Permit to Take Water No. 3322-A3KQET for Kimesskanemenow GP Inc., as general partner for and on behalf of Kimesskanemenow Limited Partnership. Water will be taken from watercourses for road construction and maintenance purposes in the District of Kenora, Ontario.

A Permit to Take Water No. 1727-CNKN3H was issued to Berczy Warden Holdings Inc. on January 30, to amend Permit No. 7221-C5MHH4 for the inclusion of an additional source and to extend the water taking for an additional year. Water will be taken from four excavations for construction dewatering purposes located in the City of Markham.

This is a decision to renew a Permit to Take Water No. for St. Marys Cement Inc. for industrial, water supply and dewatering purposes. Under Permit No. 5436-CAMTAG, issued on January 17, 2022 for 10 years, water will be taken from five wells and two ponds in the Town of St. Marys, Ontario.

In accordance with the Pesticides Act, Beauveria bassiana strain CFL-A has been added to the list of Active Ingredients Authorized for Cosmetic Uses (Allowable List).
