We have approved the renewal of Permit to Take Water for Goldcorp Canada Ltd.. The new Permit to Take Water is No. 1323-BEZMZ2.

We have issued Permit to Take Water No. 6570-CHNHKM to M.A.Q. Aggregates Inc. The permit was issued on August 30, 2022 and expires on August 31, 2027. This permit replaces permit No. 3035-ACUJNT. Water will be taken for dewatering and aggregate washing purposes at the Hewitt Quarry, located in the Township of Severn, Ontario.

Permit to Take Water No.1238-DHYNUD has been issued to Ontario Power Generation Inc. for construction dewatering purposes. Water will be taken from 11 wells located in the Town of Bowmanville, Ontario.

Approval has been granted to amend Environmental Compliance Approval (air) No. 6687-8GHLVL for MakeItMetal Ltd., a metal veneer coating facility located in the City of St. Catharines, Regional Municipality of Niagara, Ontario.

Permit to Take Water No. 5203-BKVRHL was issued on January 23, 2020 with an expiry date of January 31, 2025.

Brock Aggregates Inc. application to amend their site plan related to site operations and final rehabilitation in the Town of Mono, Dufferin County, has been approved.

We have approved a new Permit to Take Water No. 7722-BDXKHD for EWL Management Ltd. for quarry dewatering and water supply purposes in Kenora, Ontario.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 1057-BLCPCM on February 7, 2020, which cancels and replaces Permit to take Water No. 4487-9ZSLEM for R.W. Tomlinson Limited, located in City of Kawartha Lakes, Ontario.

The new Permit to Take Water has an expiry date of January 31, 2030.

We issued an Environmental Compliance Approval for a 11.21-hectare waste disposal site (processing/transfer) for receipt, temporary storage, processing and transfer of liquid organic wastes destined for land application on agricultural land as a non-agricultural source material.

This decision is for a renewal of Permit to Take Water for golf course irrigation and water supply purposes. Under Permit to Take Water No. 6864-CG8LYR, issued on July 12, 2022 for 10 years, water will be taken from three wells and one pond for golf course irrigation and water supply for Westminister Trails Inc., located in London, Ontario.

This was for a Permit to Take Water for Cornwall Gravel Company under Permit No. P-300-6235475024 issued for 10 years. Water will be taken from one pond for dewatering and dust suppression purposes at the Avonmore Quarry, located in North Stormont, Ontario.

We have issued a Permit to Take Water No. 0003-CE2VCD on May 5, 2022 ,which cancels and replaces Permit to take Water No. 7287-AWTPEG for North Hastings Community Fish Hatchery for aquaculture purposes located in the Town of Bancroft, Ontario.

The new Permit to Take Water has an expiry date of March 31, 2028.

An Environmental Compliance Approval (Air & Noise) has been granted to Simtor Environmental Ltd. for the operation of an industrial, commercial and institutional, and construction and demolition waste processing facility located at 113 Warren Road in the Town of Whitby, Ontario.

Approval was granted for a licence amendment to allow Brown’s Aggregates Ltd. to increase the number of tonnes of aggregate to be removed annually for Licence No. 625056, operating in the Township of Admaston/Bromley, County of Renfrew.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 5513-BNVLF8 on April 30, 2020, which cancels and replaces Permit to take Water No. 0147-8AKRQ6, for Wolfe Island Riverfront Golf Course Inc. located in Frontenac Islands, Ontario.

The new Permit to Take Water has an expiry date of April 30, 2030.

This is an approval to amend ECA No. 8021-AQXRLZ to include new sources such as the new continuous kiln at the sawmill located at 1060 Lakeview Drive in Kenora, Ontario. The approval includes all sources at the facility including baghouses and cyclones servicing planers, drying kilns, welding operations and noise control measures.

Permit to Take Water No. 7084-DEVHGU has been issued to Thunderbird Club West (1997) Inc. for golf irrigation and water supply purposes. Water will be taken from three wells and one pond, located at 1927 Richardson Side Road in Kanata, Ontario.

An aggregate licence was issued to Dufferin Aggregates to make changes to the conditions of their licence to operate the Flamboro Quarry.  The annual tonnage is 3.5 million tonnes and the licenced site operates in Township of West Flamborough, City of Hamilton.
