The Ministry has issued a new Environmental Compliance Approval for the establishment of a year round subsurface sewage disposal works rated at 12,900 L/day, to service a residential dwelling located at 141 Long Point Road, in the Town of Collingwood, Ontario.

This proposal is to amend Environmental Compliance Approval (Air) No. 8-3124-81-006 for St. Helen's Meat Packers Ltd., a cattle slaughtering, processing, and meat packing facility located in the City of Toronto, Ontario.

Approval was granted for a new Environmental Compliance Approval (air & noise) for ELECTRO-KLEEN ALLOY POLISHING LTD., a electropolishing facility, located at 2355 Tedlo Street, Mississauga, Ontario.

The ministry has issued a new Environmental Compliance Approval - Sewage Works for Ventra Group Co. for their facility located at 2800 Kew Drive, City of Windsor, (Ventra Plastics) for the approval of one oil grit interceptor located in the employee car parking lot.

An Environmental Compliance Approval with Limited Operational Flexibility (Air), which replaces all the current Environmental Compliance Approvals for air at this facility and includes the addition of new or historically unapproved sources for all emissions, was issued to Revolution Environmental Solutions Acquisition GP Inc.

In an ongoing effort to modernize the Environmental Registry the Ministry has identified this as an outdated notice which is no longer pertinent or active. The Ontario government has instead revised how blue box materials are dealt with in the Blue Box Regulation that makes producers responsible for their products at end of life.

Thomas Cavanagh Construction Ltd. was issued a licence to extract aggregate from a pit in the Township of Lanark Highlands.

Arbour Farms Limited were issued a licence to extract aggregate from a pit in the Township of Mulmer.

We have issued an Environmental Compliance Approval with operational flexibility (Air and Noise) to Catalent Ontario Limited, a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility, located at 687 Adair Boulevard, Strathroy, Ontario.

Dufferin Aggregates a Division of CRH Canada Group Inc. application for a Class A licence to extract aggregate from above the water table and for the establishment of a new pit known as the Alps Pit, has been approved.

The variance is approved.

We have issued an Environmental Compliance Approval (air & noise) with Operational Flexibility to Soprema Inc., a waterproofing and insulation manufacturing facility located at 172 Vienna Road, Tillsonburg, Ontario.

We approved a new Environmental Compliance Approval (Private Sewage) No. 1433-BQNPAE for the establishment and use of a domestic wastewater treatment system at 4850 Highway 59, Norfolk County.

The application made by C.R. Chittick Construction Limited to amend their current site plan has been approved.

We have approved new Environmental Compliance Approval No. 6384-BGCKWU for Landings Campground Ltd. for the establishment of subsurface sewage disposal works to service a seasonal trailer park located in the Township of Wilmot, Ontario.

An amendment to an Environmental Compliance Approval (Air) No. 7104-ACWTR8 with Limited Operational Flexibility was granted to Alamos Gold Inc. (formerly Richmont Mines Inc.), an underground gold ore mine and ore processing facility located in the Unorganized Township of Finan, Ontario.

An amendment approval is granted to Safety-Kleen Canada Inc. (London Facility) to accept and operate a a 0.2-hectare waste transfer facility currently approved for various hazardous, liquid industrial, and non-hazardous wastes, mostly from the industrial and automotive sectors.

We have issued an Environmental Compliance Approval (air and noise) to Wilson Chevrolet Limited, an automobile sales and service facility, located at 100 Wilson Avenue in New Liskeard, Ontario.
