The ministry issued an amended Environmental Compliance Approval to LK Aurora Inc. for the establishment of sewage works for the treatment and subsurface disposal of sanitary sewage servicing a new commercial development located in the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville, Regional Municipality of York.

An approval was granted to Under Sun Acres Inc. to amend ECA 8046-BRPJE9 for the proposed expansion and modifications of sewage works to accommodate the additional employment population from new phase three expansion of vegetable greenhouse and bunkhouse, located at 620 Mersea Road 10, in the Municipality of Leamington, Ontario.

58-C-195676 was approved on December 27, 2019. Environmental Compliance Approval 1271-D28HY6 was issued to Procyk Farms for onsite Class 4 sewage disposal works to serve the expansion of existing bunkhouses, located at 726 Concession 3 Townsend, Norfolk County, Ontario.

Approval is granted for a new Environmental Compliance Approval (ECA) (waste disposal site) for the use and operation of a waste disposal site for processing of liquid non-hazardous liquid soil.
