We approved an amended Environmental Compliance Approval (ECA) (waste disposal site) No. A680066 for a 6.3-hectare waste disposal site (processing/transfer). The ECA amends the approval of the existing transfer facility and approves a new anaerobic digestion facility.

Port Colborne Quarries Inc. has applied for a licence to operate a quarry below the water table from a site 106.3 hectares in size in the City of Port Colborne.
An amendment to the existing Environmental Compliance Approval (ECA) number 4998-BJ4TMZ for industrial sewage works was granted to Conagra DMAT ULC, located at 759 Wellington Street in Dresden, Ontario to expand the existing stormwater management works (SWM).
The Ministry of Northern Development, Mines, Natural Resources and Forestry is seeking to gather initial input on potential ideas and approaches to manage “camping” on water and the use of floating accommodations on waterways over Ontario’s public lands.
