Permit to Take Water No. 0185-CWHK9U was issued to North Pickering Community Management Inc. on January 23, 2024, to renew Permit No. 5868-C3NLUD for 1.5 years. Water will be taken from seven wells for construction dewatering purpose, in the Township of Pickering, Ontario.

Pursuant to Section 53 of the Planning Act, provisional consent was granted on February 21, 2023 in respect of Application 58-C-212436 for a lot addition for resource-based recreational use on lands described as PIN 62460-0103, Unincorporated Township of Lahontan, District of Thunder Bay. The last day this decision can be appealed is March 13, 2023

On December 16, 2020, Innocon Inc. made a request to the ministry to withdraw the application for an Environmental Compliance Approval. No approval has been issued.

Permit to Take Water No. 1473-D54JK9 was issued to WSC Corporation on May 15, 2024, 2024 to renew Permit to Take Water No. 3600-9FVR6R for golf course irrigation purposes. Water will be taken from two (2) well sources in the Township of Uxbridge, Regional Municipality of Durham, Ontario for 2 years.

Permit to Take Water No. 5311-99RRDQ was renewed for Granite Golf Club on November 30, 2022 for 10 years (permit No. 7737-CKKQ2G). Water will be taken from one well for golf course irrigation purposes at the Granite Golf Club, located in the Township of Uxbridge, Ontario.

We cancelled the Environmental Compliance Approval (industrial sewage) application for stormwater management works located at 335 Townline Road, Town of Niagara-On-The-Lake. No approval was issued.

This decision extends the expiry dates of site-specific standards for Suspended Particulate Matter and Benzene for Stelco Inc.'s integrated iron and steel facility in Nanticoke. The proposal was posted for 45 days to allow public input on the notices to extend the existing approvals’ expiry dates. No comments were received.

Permit to Take Water No. 4560-CXCRWT was issued to Invista (Canada) Company on January 19, 2024, to renew Permit No. 3057-9FRPNK. Water will be taken from the St. Lawrence River to serve as cooling water related to manufacturing activities in the Township of Augusta, United Counties of Leeds and Grenville, Ontario for 10 years.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 2681-CFSSFP on June 27, 2022, which cancels and replaces Permit to Take Water No. 0561-AHWJFY, for Franklin Trout Farm Limited (operating as The Franklin Club) for commercial purposes. Water will be taken from four wells for aquaculture in East Gwillimbury, Region of York.

Permit to Take Water No. 8215-DBWL95 has been issued to Muskoka Ski Club to renew PTTW No. 1326-9F5J3R. Water will be taken from one lake for snowmaking purposes in Huntsville, Ontario for 10 years.

A new Permit to Take Water No. P-300-1020248267 was issued to Parkbridge Lifestyle Communities Inc. on March 10, 2023 for five years. Water will be taken from a well array for construction dewatering purposes to allow for watermain installation at Lockhart Road and 25th Sideroad in Innisfil, Ontario.

Permit to Take Water No. 2478-DKHRXA has been issued to Green Infrastructure Partners Inc., for quarry dewatering, dust suppression, aggregate washing and water supply purposes. Water will be taken from three sources: a creek, a pond, and a well located in Kawartha Lakes, Ontario.

The approval is given to amend the existing Environmental Compliance Approval (waste disposal site) No. 9581-BMSGYQ for Sarnia Paving Stone Ltd., by allowing the site to accept and process liquid soils from Hydrovac operations.

We have approved a new Environmental Compliance Approval (Air & Noise) No.4684-BEUJVC for The Sarjeant Company Limited, for the operation of a ready mix concrete batching plant.

Permit to Take Water No. 3272-DHWP33 has been issued to Ethier Sand and Gravel Limited. Water will be taken from two ponds for industrial aggregate washing purposes, located in the Municipality of Huron Shores, Ontario.
