The decision is to issue the mineral exploration permit.

This decision is for a new Permit to Take Water for KS 300, 302 & 304 The East Mall Inc. for dewatering purposes. Water will be taken from one well for short term construction dewatering serving the proposed buildings located at 300, 302, and 304 The East Mall in Toronto, Ontario. Permit No. P-300-3143066861 was issued on December 23, 2021.

A licence to operate a quarry was issued to C.H. Demill Holdings Inc. in the County of Hastings.

This decision extends the expiry dates of site-specific standard for Suspended Particulate Matter for Harsco Canada Corporation's facility in Nanticoke. The proposal was posted for 45 days to allow public input on the notices to extend the existing approvals’ expiry dates. No comments were received.

We approved the amendment to Environmental Compliance Approval (Air & Noise) No. 9332-BD4Q2Y fissued to Grime Eater Products Limited, a facility manufacturing soap, lotion and hand sanitizers.

Permit to Take Water No. 2455-DF3L9U has been issued to 1000770730 Ontario Inc. renewing PTTW Reference No. 7202-D5ZPZR for golf course irrigation purposes. Water will be taken from one well located in the Township of Uxbridge, Ontario for 10 years.

We have approved the amendment of Environmental Compliance Approval (Air and Noise) No. 7403-98ULBD for Port Welding Ltd., a manufacturer of various steel, stainless steel, and aluminum products located in the Township of Southgate.

We have issued an amended Environmental Compliance Approval (sewage) to Woodlands Links Ltd. for the establishment of works for the treatment and subsurface disposal of domestic sewage to service a 4-bedroom dwelling located at 37858 Huron Road, Municipality of Central Huron, Ontario.

Permit to Take Water No.7760-D32QLH was issued to eQuinelle Developments Inc. renewing Permit to Take Water No. 3503-9ENK63 for construction dewatering purposes. Water will be taken from four ponds, located in Kemptville, United Counties of Leeds and Grenville, Ontario for 5 years.

OPA 25 is a statutory update under section 26 of the Planning Act. OPA 25 was given final approval with 20 modifications related to matters of Provincial interest on March 26, 2020.
