We have issued a benefit permit to Bellmere Holdings Inc., to develop a seasonal trailer park site that will impact up to 91 Category 2 Butternut trees. The permit includes actions to benefit the species, minimize adverse effects, and outlines monitoring and reporting requirements.

An amendment to the existing Environmental Compliance Approval (air and noise) has been issued for St. Marys Cement Inc. (Canada), operating a ready-mix concrete batching plant, located at 324 Allanburg Road, City of Thorold, Ontario. The amended ECA number 5602-DB2969 dated May 7, 2025 is approved.
We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 4667-BNVJFB on May 1, 2020, which cancels and replaces Permit to take Water No. 7128-8H7KVQ, for NAV Canada located in Cornwall, Ontario.
The new Permit to Take Water has an expiry date of April 30, 2030.
