The proposed 413 highway is going to be crossing delicate and important greenbelt land. I am extremely disturbed that the ministry of transportation wants to be exempt from protecting that land.
As climate change worsens and bad storms cause more flooding the the GTA we must be even more sensitive to the environment.
Cars should not be the future. I drive to work because there is no decent transit options for me. I live in the west GTA, and this 413 plan is not the solution to our problems! Destroying the environment for a handful of cars is not the solution!!
