Why bother passing laws if you’re just going to bypass them for your own benefit?

Environmental assessment exists for a reason and is an integral component of any construction- Ontario has already lost an extensive amount of wildlife and green space, and to make the conscious choice to exempt yourself from repercussions and destroy even more of this province is disgusting.

It’s been proven this project will harm or kill countless endangered species, which are already struggling to survive. Harming these species is punishable by law- our government should not be able to get around that. It’s unlawful, and even if it was lawful, it’s morally wrong and corrupt.
