As a property owner on the adjacent Shepard Lake, I have concerns about human sewage runoff into this environmentally sensitive water feature. What measures will be put in place to ensure sewage does not discharge from the site? What is the specified distance for spreading near sensitive features (e.g. Shepard Lake and surrounding wetlands) and how is the distance determined?
