I own a cottage not far from the proposed location on Shepard Lake. There are numerous wetlands and forest surrounding this small inland lake. I would be concerned the affects spreading raw sewage would have, including the environmental impact associated. I would strongly discourage this, and find more suitable land for this procedure.
