I own a cottage not far from the proposed location on Shepard Lake. There are numerous wetlands and forest surrounding this small inland lake. I would be concerned the affects spreading raw sewage would have, including the environmental impact associated. Read more

Ths location is way too close to Shepard lake. The back fields or this neighbouring property have run offs that go DIRECTLY into the wet lands that lead to this lake. I have walked this are many times in the spring and lots or water running from this farm into the lake Read more

I am concerned about the disposal of waste sewage on a property adjacent to Shepard Lake. Human sewage runoff could easily leach bacteria into this lake, and contaminate the soils, lake water and local ground water with heavy metals and chemicals from drugs taken by humans and cleaning products.
