This proposal has never gone out to the community for review or publix consultation. Particularly concerned with the location's proximity to Black Creek Drive which feeds significant traffic onto the 400/491.

There are significant traffic issues at that that intersection and nearest light that would allow for better traffic flow is several intersections away. More information is required as to how traffic would be managed to this site including traffic that wants to turn left out onto Lawrence when there's no traffic light to facilitate these transitions.
