This proposal is destructive to Ontario's natural species and habitats and should be abandoned.
Ontario has more to gain in a future of true and effective conservation, built upon standards that already exist — not by scaling back the current ones in existence. I stand against this proposal and the harmful effects it would have on our environment and wildlife, as well as our first nations' and their way of life.
This proposal is counterintuitive to Ontario's progress and reflects poorly upon the current government if attempts to implement it continue.
